We have an exchange policy of 7 days from the date of delivery for online orders and the date of billing for store purchases. In order to initiate an exchange, please select the ‘returns’ or ‘exchange’ option on the footer and kindly fill in the mentioned details to raise a ticket.
Catering to the hygiene standards of our products; all the exchanges received will go through a thorough quality check by our team and will be further approved/declined for exchange or return.
We reserve the right to not accept a return if –
- The products are returned after use
- The products are damaged
- The products do not have all the tags
- Products damaged while wear (for example – stains)

You will be responsible for incurring the shipping costs of return.
After approving the return request, the refund will be initiated into your source account, which will be exclusive of the shipping costs.

As Breathe caters to the oversized fit, if you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend going one size down from your regular size. For example, if you normally wear an M, you can go ahead with an S with us. Once comfortable, you can always upsize if you prefer a more looser or baggy look. It’s worth noting that our size guide is available on our website, which provides detailed measurements for each size to help you choose the perfect fit.
Use cold water to avoid color bleed & shrinkage.

Do not iron the print directly, use steam iron if possible.

We get it, you’re buzzing for your Breathe piece. Don’t worry, you’ll get your tracking info once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, which will update along the path it takes between our warehouse and your delivery address.

We usually take 7-10 working days to send the exchanged product or initiate the refund.
We charge Rs. 200/- for return and exchange of online orders and articles bought during the sale.
The payment receivables of all online orders will only be accepted via UPI |Visa & Mastercard | credit card | debit card.
Our shipping rates and lengths are determined individually depending upon the country you’re ordering to. We have a free shipping policy for all orders throughout India, whereas international orders would be charged with applicable shipping costs and customs.
Custom charges for international clients will be borne by the customers and will not be in any case covered by Breathe clo.
We usually announce our upcoming designs and collections on our official Instagram account- @thebreatheclo. We recommend following us on Instagram to stay updated with our latest releases and drops. Once the designs are announced, they are available to purchase on our website.
This is one of our most asked questions-if you’ve got your eye on an item, you can sign up to be notified about the restock. All you gotta do is select the size you would like within the production page and click ‘notify me when available’ button. We’ll email you as soon as the size and product you’ve selected is restocked.
FYI – we order limited quantities for every style and only occasionally restock products, so if there’s something you love we recommend snapping it up before it’s too late. We also recommend signing up for our newsletter where we let our subscribers know about our latest drops and restocks.
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is available to purchase but will be shipped out based on the mentioned date. Please make sure to read the product description on orders that are of pre-order status.
All our goods are quality checked and packed with care. However, if your goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on the site, we will refund the value of that particular product.
Please email our customer service team: support@breatheclo.com and fill us in on the issue that you’re facing. We’ll need some photos of the article to assess the inconvenience. When returning a faulty item, please mention this as the reason and highlight the specific fault in your form.
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact us by Email at support@breatheclo.com or via WhatsApp for a recommendation.
Once your return order is received safely at our warehouse and is checked thoroughly, we’ll then process your refund within 14 working days. You’ll receive an email regarding your refund status. However, please be aware that this can take up to 7-10 working days for your payment provider to initiate the amount back into your account.
If you have any concerns regarding the whereabouts of your refund, we advice contacting your bank or payment provider directly you get an update on the refund progress.
